Karl's Stone Art

Thanks for dropping by.  Here you will get glimpses of my stone art and approach to sculpting.  I seek to shape forms that attract eyes and fingers and also evoke wonder at the Earth's stone molding, stone carvers' techniques, and the durability of stone sculpture.  

I am especially happy when I create pieces that not only resonate with the viewers' desires for calm but also reinforce their life-affirming ideas, feelings, and memories.
